I have never played AA:TS but im jus wonderin how the stat tracking system/honor system works. Is it like the computer game? Any knowledge would be good.. thx

Read through the whole thread, because the skill point (SP) section of that linked article is almost completely wrong.

You do not need to play the wargames missions on pro difficulty - skilled is fine. You do not need to complete them with all of your squadmates alive. You do not need to get a lot of honor points to get the max SP. In one of the grenadier missions I accidentally blew up myself and one of my teammates and finished the mission with only 80 honor points, but still earned the max 12 SP for completing all of the mission objectives.

You need to obey orders and complete all of the objectives of the mission, including the optional ones marked with blue squares. BUT if one of your objectives is to defend another fire team or a convoy, then you do have to keep them healthy.

The objectives are not always obvious - there are a couple of other threads that have ideas for completing the tricky ones with 12 SP. I don't think anybody has confirmed exactly what is required in #1 or #8 yet.

The max SP is 216. This will allow you to bring one skill up to level 4 (72 points) and the rest to level 3 (36 points). Or once you reach 208 SP you can bring two skills to level 4, one to level 3, and the rest to level 2 (14 points).
