I am running Rainbow6 Raven Shield 3 with UK patch 1.0 - 1.60.
When I try to use the Auto update function however I get the following message:
Trying to download version file from http://rspatches.ubi.com/versions.cab to C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~2.HPH\LOCALS~1\Temp\ubi81.tmp.
Failed to download this version file (The requested URL returned error: 404).
Failed to download a version file. Update service cannot continue.


Does anyone have any ideas, fixes, solutions?

PS: When I manually search for the site in my browser it says no such site/file. So I'm guessing there's either no more support or the site has been changed??

I believe that Ubisoft shut down the server where the patches were. Thus, the 401 error.

Don't worry too much about it, though. There are no patches beyond 1.6, anyways. I just manually patch the game after I install it.
