i updated to 1.53, and it wont let me log in, i reinstalled the game and it still wont let me log in, please help

I am getting this same problem after updating from
1..41 to 1.53 (through several patches). I went to the UBI soft web site and made sure my account was still ok and it was. Any help would be appreciated.

Had the same problem a couple of times. re-booting cleared it up. I know, sounds too simple. All I can say is that is what I had to do.

Wow, I'm glad its not only me.

I'm also having the same problem,and still am for the pass week.It was okay since I got the game about 2 weeks ago and then suddenly it wouldn't log me in.

Using the same login details is fine on ubi.com site i.e. here.I got a friend to log in using my details as a test, and he had no problems,which means its nothing to do with ubi its my system files....

Anyone know what the problem could be? I've reinstall/rebooted still nothing, I'm about to do a physical reboot on the machine soon.

yes.

go to ravenshield/system folder

open gsrouter.dat with notepad

then copy in place of the server part thats there


[Servers]
RouterIP0=gsrouter2.ubisoft.com
RouterPort0=40000
RouterLauncherPort0=40005
RouterIP1=gsrouter1.ubisoft.com
RouterPort1=40000
RouterLauncherPort1=40005

save and exit and it should work.

if that doesnt - you have some registry editing to do i think.
