I have buyed this game 2hand but everything is original!
It's actually a white label on the back cover of the booklet with the words: "Online Key: ..." and it starts with RS4-...
If the label was removed by its previous owner I'm not sure that you can do anything but stay in the single player mode or call Ubi support and see if they can issue another online key. It's a bit unusual for the original owner to make an extra effort to remove the label unless he or she was already using the online key -- contact the seller and see if you can get that key.
I have bought the CD game originally, maybe you can help me with the stupid cd key I have, it's too long, its for a computer, but no matter how I try it won't fit, even with or without the dashes in it!!... please help, so I can hate this game like others do.. lol

Guess that's why it was only $10. You'd think they'd still say something at time of purchase (few weeks ago). Even when I talked to tech support they didn't tell me that.
