Hello,

I used to be a big player of Rogue Spear, on MSN.net, if I remember correctly. I recently decided to pick up a cheap copy of Raven Shield. Unfortunately, I'm so far unable to get it running on Ubisoft. Here's what happens:

1) After I enter my name/pw and try to log in directly from the game the game stops for about 20 seconds, as if it is thinking, and then carries on as if nothing happen.
2) If I try to log onto Ubisoft directly I get the following error: "Can't download settings file: http://qsconnect.ubisoft.com/q...user=%dp=GSCLIENT1.1"

Any suggestions on what to do? Is this a common error?

Don't use the out of game client.

Login through the multiplayer menu after launching the game.
