I've tried running it without the updates, then ran the 1.2 update, then tried with the 1.3 update and it keeps saying "Error: could not log on to UBI.com" or something like that. I'm running Vista and I allowed it through the firewall, so i can't figure out anything else i need to be doing...is the login server messed up? Anyone else getting this?

RS, Rogue Spear, had a combined demo and didn't connect through Ubi.com. RvS on the other hand did. Ubi no longer supports RvS, but if you go to Ubi.com and download the software there and install it, you will have an up-to-date version and might still find servers. Failing that, try All Seeing Eye or even Gamespy Arcade.

Be aware that as I am typing this message, Gamespy Arcade is not completely supported in Windows Vista and does not fully function due to the way it handles room change commands differently then XP.
