Ow spiders well, i found Leanna! But she says:

I kill the spiders, And she remains in the corner, without action, that is a bug? What can I do for remove she of the well I join with me?

You have not killed the Giant Spider. Because you probably have thrown objects into the pit before you went the way down to the pit. That way the Giant Spider will never appear (so you can't kill it). Leanna will stay waiting untill you have killed it. But it will never appear. So you're stuck.
This is a known bug.

Solution: reload (auto-)savegame from before you threw the objects.

you are ment to just go down there and wait for the big giant spider to come down and then stab him in the chest a few times until he dies then when that is done you can free her.

Hello gingerarcher. I think you haven't understood what original poster was telling. While killing the giant spider is the goal here, it did not even appear. He/she killed all other (medium sized) spiders but (of course) Leanna was not satisfied yet. In the link i posted all about this bug is explained.
