Hey i am in chapter 7 at the point where you just go through the room full of goblins and then after that there is a portal that you need to unlock, the dieing orc tells you to find some guy and then there is another orc in the jail cell and you let him out and kill him. Well I can see where i have to go i have to go and turn this thing to let down a rope somewhere, but the way to the crank is blocked by a door (right next to the dead orc and portal) that for the life of me i can not find out how to open, please help me

ok so i just watched the video walk through for the pc and in the video there isn't a gate with a door at all where i am talking about, is my xbox 360 version just messed up or am i missing something
