When i try to start the game. Videos work, but game crashes before loading screen. What could be the problem?

Try turning off auto save (it worked for me, I had the same problem, although for mine the videos did not work either, and it just crashed after I skipped the movie)

If that doesn't work, try turning down some settings.

But i can't get aven in the main menu. the game crashes right after the very first videos after you have double clicked the play mp icon. and this error occours in MULTI PLAYER so it doesn't have autosave anyway.
