I am tring to fight that cyclops in the spider temple but I can't find how to get in the room with it, the gate is closed. Help

 weavka32: two options. 1. You cheated. Cheat further. Good luck. 2. You came down with the repaired elevator and now you notice you never killed the cyclops when you had the chance. The gate opens from the other side only.
