Hey all, I've had a lot of fun choosing a different player set each time and I'm curious. What do you guys like to go through as, your favourite "class" and equipment set up.

Here's mine

Melee Combat 3
Strength 3
Adrenaline

Flame Arrow
Telekinesis
Heal
Freeze

Stamina
Endurance 3
Health Regeneration
Awareness
Magic Affinity 1

Cleaver/Sword of Dragon Claw (depending if I feel mean or not)
Shadow Steel Armour
Lightning Shield (Although I like the Stonehelm one ^^)
Ring of Might/Regeneration

Basically some warrior with a few cheap palour tricks ^^.

Anyone else have something to show?

I like playing all the classes, but it seems that a pure warrior/fighter build seems to work best.

Im a very keen 'thief/rogue' type myself, so I went all in for those sort of skills.

Best build seems to be:

-Melee com. 3 (To get you through
-Stealth 3 (Sneaky sneaky)
-Burglary (Being a sneakster, be prepared to run. Running over traps is abismal. It also allows you to avoid conflicts that would be hard; picking locks, chests an PPing keys)
Stamina+

-Telekinesis
-Heal (Might aswell. Gives you a use for all those Mana bottles)
-Charm (Makes it incredibly easy to backstab the unsuspecting, also gives you someone to Tank the hoards. Can just let a whole mob tear itself appart, then executed to wounded survivor)

-Blow any spare points of strength then critical

Master Thief armour
Weaponmaster Ring/ Ring of Might
Darksteel daggers/Frost daggers(so you can GTFO)

Having ran and crawled through the game on all dificulty settings with all class combos, I like to try make it a challenge.

Cunning thief:

With poor combat prowess, this adventuerer must use their enviroment, guile, wisdom and quick wit to overcome obsticals and foes alike.
With speed and the uncanny ability to escape even the most perilous of circumstances; it is unclear wether it is magic or luck that guides his distiney.


Meele 1(A challenge!)
Burglary (as early as possible; stealth makes it easier still!)
Stealth 3
Archery 2

Telekinesis
Charm
Fire arrow
Ice spell
Fire trap

Or something alike and try blowing the rest on something completely useless to make it hard, intense and at times scary Wink


A nasty little build is also the BattleCleric/Paladin:

A devout follower of their diety, this adventuerer goes in search to cleans all that oppose their religion and way of life; using a competant sword arm to make them see otherwise.
May the sheild of his faith guide him to his destiney.


Telekinesis
Heal
Magical shield(?)
Charm

Mana 120 (or whatever max is)
Stamina (max)
Strength/Critical 3


Shadowsteel armour,
Sword of the dragonclaw/Supirior Narangkawk(?) sword,
Ring of Might/Ring of the weaponmaster/ Ring of arcane brilliance,
Sheild of Lightening

The player will go into battle as a more than competant fighter; armed and armoured to the teeth with Ashans finest wares. The ability to cast a magical sheild allows one to put out a serious amount of damage, as less time is spent on shielding, parrying and running; and ofcourse you are invincable!.
If things get too hot and hairy, you can turn a hostile over to your side to take the blows, or simply cleave the kneeling fool's head clean from his shoulders.
Mana potions are your god!
