Evening,
I purchased the game when it was released (played through & beat single player) and started playing MP around December, but I never was able to get the skins unlocked.
1. I have the (US) Collector's Edition
2. I registered the game
Neither option are available for me to use in the game. And Yes, I know where you enable these options, but they are both grayed out. (I have a pic if needed...)

How can I enable them?

Other info:
-I have the game installed to my Steam directory
-single player games works fine (I don't think I ever found the "Deciple's" weapons though)

Any thoughts? I appreciate it.

EDIT: Yes, I searched through the forums, but I never found a fix for this particular issue. I've seen people say 'You just need to enable it', but that won't work here...

Reinstall? Or maybe re-register?

Yeah, me too I've searched alot but can't find a reason why when I tick my collectors edition armor in options, it never works or shows... and please where can I register lol.

When you install it, you get prompted to register.

I did that...with the link from that little 'register' app, but they were never unlocked.

And I formatted my system over the weekend, then re-installed the program, but I still have this problem.

Agh ... I have a similar problem
I've once registered on ubisoft and I did get the undead armor, and I used it and played with it.
But than one day I needed to format my computer ... I did that, installed Steam along with DM, registered again but no armor (I mean, the field to tick for armor is Grey) ... so I tried reinstall, still nothing ... tried install with DVD .. nothing

I even made new accout on ubisoft, changed steam's mail adress (so it confirms with my new ubisoft account) and tried again ... nothing

So please, can someone help me and "capnpauly" ... we want that armor :-[

You have to install DM from the DVD and activate with Ubisoft again or else you won't have the skin .

I got the Collectors edition....installed it....registered it with steam installed MP (but kept SP only installed in a other directory NOT on steam) registered it...and i can use both new skins...Undead Knight is the registered one and Human new is the collector's....the Undead Knight's is heavier looking and black armor...Human Knight's is a Gladiatorish looking helm...spikes on knees and a extra lil curve in middle of both shoulders (human shoulder is kinda hard to explain properly)
