If you didn't know, you can make/play custom maps in multi-player. (You'll need Dark Messiah MP installed and one Source based game(from Valve to get the Source SDK)). You can also use the tools from the multi-player to make single player maps for the demo.

Sadly Ubi didn't release vbsp, vvis, and vrad for the single player game :/
