Honestly...we aren't going to get it are we? My last post in this forum was in November of last year, and around that time we were promised the full SDK "soon".A year later and I'm looking to free up some hard drive space and see I still have this game installed so I came on here to see what kind of mods we got and I see the SDK was never even released. I have a hard time believing that a SDK is even still being worked on on a game that most likely didn't sell well and definitely isn't still selling consistently. I think Ubi is just hoping the rest of the community gives up on waiting like I did. Such a shame that we didn't get the SDK sooner maybe the community could of saved this game.
Yeah, well I still have hope. After how long I have stuck with this game. I won't give up hope >_<
With what community we have left, we may as well TRY to do something. Mana can somewhat mod the game for us. Not like SDK Mod's but some changes can be made to better it. We have to get a hold of UBI, and get there attention is all. Send support tickets about the hackers, enough of them will get there attention after all it is law (they simply can not a mass of us, a few yes, but enough they must)
I have a lot meaner one, but Its in planning still. Though I can tell you this, you go to steam and you look up Dark Messiah, and you look at the "VAC" what does it say? Hmm???? Hackers???? No bannings? No steam ID's?.....
I'm thinking UBI did something very very terrible and I am going to take advantage of there mistakes
I really liked this game, but in anyway, I have nothing but anger towards UBI. I find it sad and sickening the way they treat their customers and games. So sickening to a level of disgust. I couldn't expect worse than a company, and it really shows on their lousy and poor reputation. I wish they hadn't bought the M&M series at all, they did nothing but jump ship and destroy it. What an awful way to destroy such a wonderful and awesome title, just for the bucks and laziness. Thankfully, I'm smart enough not to ever buy a game that is associated with this crappy company. Backfire right back at your face. I really wish their business would fall apart so I could laugh at it. Would serve them right for ignoring so many people who had bought their game for the best of their cash and couldn't run it and found zero support from this **** company.
It is now beyond any reasonable doubt that a crappy company can pretty much ignore their player base from almost a year after PROMISING something. What a sad ending.
They can't risk a community work beats their money-pot Elements or whatever, since with the full SDK you could compile mods or maps for XBox too...
Our only hope is hacking their compile tools. Then we can borrow props and models to play with (they're on our Hard disks already, and I guess we paid them too much..)
