hey everytime i've tried to play this game it won't let me buy skills past rank 1 for example if i want composite bow past rank 1 to 2 or 3 it wont' let me anyone know what the problem is? i try clicking the icon and i try clicking the lil bubbles above it and neither of them let me put points in past rank 1 even if i have lots of points saved up.

is it flashing? as in the bubbles and all those skill flash? If they do and you try and they work. THen you probalby have a problem

If they don't flash then that would mean you haven't gained a level or something along those lines
