Gentlemen and Ladies, this game MM is so unstable I don’t know how it ever made it on to the market. During installation Windows (XP Pro) even warned NOT to do the install, for it could make my system unstable. There are NO fixes for this game or a patch would be available, I think a general remake would have to take place, and of course too expense.
You either live with ALL the problems and they are numerous or you shelf it and move on.
We can do something though, vote with your wallets, do not buy another Arkane Studio game. Send a message to Arkane voicing your concerns and disappointments. Send messages to any site that sells or advertises this indigent game. Also, talk to your State’s Attorney General and Commerce Department offices about getting Arkane Studio games banned in your state for lack of support after purchase, which of course is required. We do not have to take this villainous behavior lying down on our fighting staffs.

Let me tell you something mr. "We can change the world": i dont know where you got this problems and i dont care!at me the game has no bugs and errors!!
Because of people like you that are like "o my God,this game doesnt work,i cant install it,its full with bugs, what a stupid game!" Ubisoft thinks its a complete failure and doesnt want to make a sequel!!
And what do you want from Arkane?!you want Arkane games banned? Yes they have like 2000 games,it will be a bit difficult to bann all the games!
They have only 2 games and 1 in development and all of them are masterpieces!!
So dont you ever come here again and bad-mouth Arkane or Dark Messiah!
If you dont have anything better than just to complain about the game just shut up kid! or go write a book about it and leave DM alone!

Please read DARK MESSIAH Installation and Troubleshooting Instructions to get your PC in optimal condition before you install / run a modern game. Probably every word in it is new to you, i suggest you take your time.
