I was reading one of the recent threads. About errors causing grief, and although mine is not the same error. It is about once in a while, I crash, but most of the time it is when I exit. So in all honesty I cannot call it a problem, but it is annoying.

Whenever I exit the game it says that there was an error with mm.exe and windows was checking to see what the problem was. I have vista.
The problem is with a steam file, made by vavle. It doesn't say what specifically the file is called it just says there is an error. Now the last time I played Dark Messiah was when I still had XP, and since this is just an upgrade. Not a new install, I thought it might be something left over in my registery. Could it be that?


BTW: I have never played multiplayer

That is just Vista behaviour and means nothing. There apprently is something in the old game (that was made before Vista existed) that it doesn't understand. You exit the game, you get that message. You close that using Task Manager. Just live with it.
