When I Load Up the game, I get the Title page and The rating M and that, then a black screen comes up with a cross in the middle, and then a plain white screen. I left it for 20 minutes and it was till there. What can I do?

need your video card info..and if it shows a GeForce mx..then don't bother replying..read the back of the box..

how do i get that. My PC is stock and my drivers i think are ATI. thats all i know.

on desktop..right click "my computer" and hit properties.

click on the "hardware" tab then click on "device manager"

then look for "video adapters". Click on the plus sign next to it and it will drop down and show you what your video card is.

Thanks, i couldnt find "Video adaptors" but I found Display adaptors and it said "all in wonder radeon."

alos, looking in "sound,video nad game controllers" i found "ATI WDM Rage THeatre Video." Is that enough?

thanks, but ive sold it now, bored of pissing about trying to get it to work.

I have updated my video drivers from the ATi website and It now gets as far as the menu. I get the "Gearbox" and the "Ubisoft" logos and then it goes black. if i repeatedly press enter it will go to the loading screen and eventually i will hear Baker talking over the loading screen. It will then go to the +7 bit but the loading screen is still there when i have the sound.

I know it isnt the game as i have played it at a friends. do i just need a new video card? If so what can you reccomend.

okay..well you just stated you sold it..I take that as you sold the game. Then you post again about still tring to get it to run 3 hours later. If you did sell it then it should be removed from your system and no longer able to run, and the tech support help via community or official will end right here.

If your AIW is more than 3 years old, it is most likely a non supported ATI chipset.

No, i did not sell it in the end. I was going to but decided to play around for a while longer as my friend suggested I update the drivers. Help would still be appreciated.

I have exactly the same problems on both my laptop and my desktop

I Had the white screen problem and boeeowd a 64mb graphics card from my friend to replace the on-board graphics.

The boot u[p procedure would then take me to the menu but when i tryed to play it i could hear the voices in the background!!!

Same with the laptop too!!
