Hey, sorry to keep the redundant CD Key problem posts going... but I feel I have enough information to make a legitimate post.

I have installed the game successfully using the installation key. I have played single player and it runs fine. I have tried to play online, but I have no CD Key.

Now, when I say no CD key, here is where I have checked:
- Back of manual, there is a space that says "CD-Key" but the space is completely empty.
- Every single page of the manual, front and back.
- Inside of CD case.
- On every CD.

I have not seen any other places to look for it on this or any other forum. I have looked through the Ubi FAQ to no avail... the solution there is only relevant to those who do not have a blank "CD-Key" space.

Can anybody shed some light on this subject?

I have seen this before with no answer... mainly just flaming back and forth, people recieving and sending flak for using caps, having bad attitude, etc.

I took it back to Wal*Mart for an exchange, but I checked another package before I made the final exchange and it had the same problem.

take it back again and have them allow you to open up every damn box until you find one that has the second key. It should start with EIB if earned in blood or BIA for the original

Looks like I'm calling Ubi tomorrow.

What I suggest is call UBI with your UPC code and I'm sure based on that they'd be more than willing to give you a key to play online. 1-(919)-460-9778 or for French call 1-(866)-824-6515. Be sure to have everything ready for when you talk to someone so you don't have to spend alot of time on the phone. GL

I got my CD key. The person on the phone told me to email a digital photo of the back of the manual and the receipt, so I did.

They got back to me to include the UPC in a picture. Did that and, since my camera sucks, typed out the UPC as well as sent the image. They replied with a cd key.

The install code is: 55SSA-5DSN2-CHHTA-6X8EY-JN6B4 . This code is only used during the installaion. It worked!

I found this answer in support for EIB as I had the same problem. This key was nowhere to be found in the purchased software packaging, manual or discs. GOOD LUCK!!!

JLRBUSA is correct. The aforementioned CD key works. I found it on the UBIsoft support database.

iI have a problem whit my cd key to when i go to try to play online it says it dosnt work

Got the same prob cannot play online as its says cd key error. Input may time and checked to ensure that I am not making any mistakes.

This may be a bit late and you may have found out this by now but the code to play online is a different one then the one for installation. The online code starts with EIB.
Mine was on a white sticker stuck over the white area on the back of the manual that is printed "CD-key" indicating this is where the sticker was to be placed. It should have had instead "ONLINE-key" as the actual CD Key for installation is the one on a larger white sticker placed inside the DVD style CD box just above the CD's mounted position.

I also have that problem. i have installed the game successfully and it works fine in one player. However, i have a CD key on the back of the manual but it starts with BIA when i have Earned in blood.

I have a prob i cant play mp, i have a cd-key on the disc and on the front of the manual!?!?
and when i try mp it say's that i have a in valid cd-key?!?!?!, HELP!
