Yes, I've read all the threads about the two keys.

The multiplayer key does not work, and even though the font used to print the key is rubbish, there are no ambiguous characters there.

Simple question:- the key is prefixed BIA-. Shouldn't it be EIB-? Or could it be either?

There seems to be a real problem that goes unaddressed by Ubisoft in any of the forums.
Other than to say go to support. This doesnt surprise me because Ubisoft is known for releasing some of the most problematic PC games ever.

I aquired BIA EIB and there is no online key anywhere on the manual, where UBISOFT says it should be. Pretty disgusting to let the game go out the door without an extremely vital piece of information intact.

Gearbox has made some great games , but I wish they would seek another distributor

I bought my game the other day, when I was installing it I was NOT prompted for a cd key. I can play the game off line but when I try to login to ubisoft I get invalid cd key.

The only key that came with my game is on the games instruction manual?for the record the invalid key is as follows. BIA-DT1K-KWN5-0NAP-F8AE

I have tried to re-enter the key several times but no luck. This is the only key that came with my game, there is nothing on the dvd its self, nor on the dvd case.

Was going to contact ubisoft but it a £ a minute?not a chance!!!!

not on mine...i have looked everwhere. the only number is the one i mention :-(

i did have the same problem with de cd key and its the only one that came in the instruction manual i've looked all over the manual and nothing

EXACTLY the same problem. i meen ive bought the game 100% lagit, and the cdkey for multiplayer doesnt work! the cd key on the cd worked for intallation, but no luck to multiplayer. i see multiplayer as more important than the levels, and i think this is appauling.
Once more, i cannot find, anywhere, a decent cd keygen. i think this is the only option, if there r any. Ive asked ubisoft, waiting for a reply.....

indeed, as i go to play online at ubi i have tried all of my cdkeys for the game including on the manual and the inside of the case and one doesnt fit while the other just doesnt work i cannot believe that ubi has not addressed this

Uhhi got this same problem eaveon dloading newest patch (1.03) it doesent start working :S

Mine has a CD key in the case but on the back of the Manual there is a White square with black writing that says CD Key. Only thing is the geniuses didn't print the number. Actually I'm not surprised though as I bought Silent Hunter III and the printed the product code as the CD key (mine was not the only one either - check the forums). I have not bought a UBIsoft game in the last two years that was not buggy. I pick one up today - saw it was a Ubisoft release and put it back. No word of a lie. You can't trust them and they don't seem to care - they've got your money.
