First of all I want to tell Fire I don't know where else to post this, and I think PC suits it best.

Anyways, to refresh myself on the BIA story I reinstalled both RTH30 and EIB.

I insert the EIB disc and the little pop-up comes up asking me if I want to authorise this program, I choose Yes.

Nothing happens after that.

I read the manual and click "My Computer" then the EIB icon, the pop-up comes up again, I chose Yes again.

Then nothing happens.

Rinse and repeat.

What is wrong?

Now for HH.

I cannot figure out how to place a desktop icon.

When I run the game the menu and everything is very choopy and slow, what can I do to fix this?

If you want to answer the choppy and slow question your gonna have to post your system specs.

As for the install it looks like your running vista with the popups?
If thats the case try right clicking the icons and 'run as administrator'

The exe for hells highway is in: program files/gearbox/BiA HH/Binary

You need to right click on the icon for the file you want to open and the third option down should be 'run as administrator'
As for system specs, the welcome center in vista will tell you CPU, RAM and graghics cards series.
If you havn't got it on startup, find it here-

Control Panel\System and Maintenance\Welcome Center

Okay, thanks.

I have an AMD Athalon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+

2.00 GB RAM, It says my memory has 2046 MB.

NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS

Whatever that means, hope it helps.

I'll see If I can get my Administrator up.

Eidt: Nope, my third option down is "search" and I don't see any administrators options on the rest of the list.

No run as administrator? there's somthing wrong there.
You could try again with the UAC turned off, go into :Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts
And turn off user account control and re-try.

Run your PC through system requirments lab, see what you get.
If it seems ok just make sure your spyware free and cancel any unused aplications and processes.

Ok, tried both things.

First didn't work, I insert the disk, I can hear it being read, but nothing happens.

Second wouldn't let me run the program du to some error.

It said:

Error: There was a problem downloading the ActiveX component. One of the following happened.

1) You did not give your permission to download the ActiveX component (sysreqlab.cab from Husdawg, LLC). If so, you can start over (you will have to close the browser and start over), run this service again and give your permission.

2) Your browser settings do not allow browser Plug-ins to be installed. You can change your settings and try again.

If you are trying to run BIA EIB with Windows Vista
it will not run on Vista Platform, only Windows 98.
