The video card and the processor that you have on your system are unfortunately below minimum requirements. The lowest Radeon card supported is the X1600 and you will need to have 2.6 GHz dual-core Intel or AMD (3 GHz for Intel Pentium D 925). You will need to meet both of these requirements to get the game to launch properly.
