yeah , keep the dashes, your problem is that way your typing it most likly. pay special attention to the letters V and U and a Q and O as they look very similar to each other. ( i typed a V three times into my CD key before relizing it was a U). Also you HAVE to type the CD key in ALL CAPS! if not,it wont read it right. Hope this helps, post if it doesnt.
ok jason the tech at ubi said I had to, thanks that lets me know th cd code is bad, i have tried evey thing, you know I am uesing my raven shield sign on name,I wounder if that could be the problem, you think they would only want you to have one sign in, but who knows!! I still get cd code error, tried changing letters and nummbers and still the same,? you think it looking for raven shield cd code ?? it plays fine other than no on line hook up and thats why I bought it for, looks like I mite have to take it back If I can not get it working, any Ideas?????? ps I hope the new ghost recon is not like this
There is only one key-code, the one on the manual.
The "I" is definately not a 1 & the U is definately not a "V". I have had several members of my family confirm that I have typed it in correctly and do so themselves.

i must have a weird copy then....... i do have two keys, yes, one on the DVD BUT the other is on the front of the manual(in the bottom left hand corner). i DID buy this legally from my local shop.
and the protection system only allows me to enter the code in caps. is it meant to do this?
