Ok well ive searched this forum probably about a hundred times, and went on Ubi.com and did a search for their Support and still came up short. I have a problem with the CD Key, yes another one. I tried contacting UBI but everything I do that it asks me to login and I do but then it says there was an unexpected error every single time. Then it says to contact them and it just sends me back to the home back. I have trouble getting the CD Key to work when I want to play single player, I have both CD keys, one on the Case and one on the manual. Im using the one on the case. Ive tried everything thats been suggested on this forum, I tried every letter in caps with dashes. Every time I enter it, it says error and shows the key without any dashes and for some odd reason "1"s dont show up and some of the letters are misplaced. If anyone could show me to how this was fixed or if someone from UBI tech support is here that would be of great help.

are you sure you do not have an IE problem by having issues trying to contact them?....just curious.

Thanks it finally worked, I read the second link you gave me and it had the I guess "universal" CD key which ended up working. Thanks for you help.
