This is my story, about a year ago I bought BIA RH30 from Direct2Drive, everything loaded up and ran just great. No problems at all with the cd key you get.

I have since bought another computer . one better suited for gaming.

Now this is where the problems start. As I did an uninstall and a reinstall onto my new computer. Now when it came to BIA RH30 I could not get StareForce to validate the cd key. I went thru there procedure to get a new key and all. But finally said I needed a new key and to get it from the publisher. Which is ubisoft. So when I called Ubisoft and told them the story, they said I need to get in touch with Starforce,

So back and forth it went . and round and round they pulled me.

So I have no BIA RH30 on my new computer . my other sims with stareforce had no problems loading on to new puter.

If I can buy a sim without Stareforce I will from now on.
