After recieving my copy of HH this morning,i eagerly installed it. However, after instillation, and when i try to run the game, after about 5 seconds, a 'biahh.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close' windows message, then a general protection fault error message appears, then another 'biahh.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close' message.

I am connected to the internet, and furfill the minimum specs.I have tried installing/uninstalling 3 times, and the promblem has persisted.If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Try this:
go to
- display properties
- settings
- advanced
- troubleshoot
- change hardware acceleration to full
