Script Stack: Not executing script code

We onstalled an new graficdriver reinstalled the game re patched it.

but the problem is still there. He starts his game and it crashes with the error mentioned above.

What do I need to do?

Judging from the CRC error I think this means that the Sound\rain.uax file is corrupted. You could try to uninstall and reinstall the game (but I see you already tried that, strange that it doesn't solve the problem...), or delete the rain.uax file and then use botman's method to install missing files.

Hey thanks for your help but I mentioned that we have tried this before. Nothing is happening... Is there an possibility to get that file elsewere like on the cd or could I download it somewhere?

The method used by botman already copies the files from the DVD, so if you tried to delete rain.uax and copy it that way and it still doesn't work then I'm not sure what else you can try... I can only suggest you try asking for help on the Gearbox forums, they might know more about this problem.
