Hi, I've recently got a new PC and some new games that I couldn't play on the old one. Its got Vista on it and I've not had to many major problems with games, until now. BIA came today and its installed fine and it'll get upto the loading screen after picking the game difficulty then it crashes and says:

I've tried changing it to various compatability modes and as administratory, and reinstalled it in that way too. Now I have seen people have got it to work in Vista but I can't figure out how! Please help me, I so want to play this game!!!

i found how to work it(i got vista too!)

*make sure your BIA game is in your drive*
go to
Mycomputer
right click on your DVD drive
click on Explorer
Double click on setup

after click play, it should work.. for me it doesnt let me play by double clicking on desktop icon

this is not a trick ... that's just another way which doesn't make any difference...

CPU:Intel 7200, 1.8 GHZ Core 2 Duo
2GB RAM
Geforce 8600GS 256MB RAM
Windows VISTA (****)

I got through the first level and when the second level loads I get the message. We need a solution

I have the same problem when playing RTH30 or EIB!!! Please somebody must now a solution????

Don't know if you updated the star force driver before rebooting your system after install but this took care of running the game. My problem is locating active servers. Anybody that can help me with this?
