Ok this is a fix to this problem for anyone else that is having this problem....

Thanks to the help from Jason (Ubisoft Support) i was able to load and play BIA-RTH30 without any issues at all...even the patch loaded 100% no problem...

First...Go to the Start menu, and choose Run. Delete anything on the Open line
that you'll find there, and type in the word MSCONFIG. Click on OK,
and that will bring up a program called the System Configuration Utility.

Look down the list of startup items (not the tab labeled Startup), and
choose Selective Startup (if it is not already selected). If you don't
see this, make sure you've clicked on General, near the top of the
window. Once you've chosen Selective Startup, uncheck 'Load Startup
Items', and leave 'Process System.INI file' and 'Process Win.INI file'
checked. Once you're done here, click OK, and let it reboot your computer.

Then clear out your C:\WINDOWS\TEMP directory (this is a storage area
where files are stored before they are installed).

Install BIA-RTH30....run the patch after you install the game...then go back to start menu, run, type in MSCONFIG again n re-check the 'Load Start-up Items' n let it reboot...you should be good to go, as always after installing a game to a defrag if it calls for it n the happy gaming Veryhappy
