Just purchased download version of BIA. Install went fine, but when I go to run the game I get an error that says:

This application can be launched with a release version of Microsoft Windows 95 OSR2.1/98/ME/NT 4.0/2000/XP/ Server 2003 only.

Windows XP x64 SP1
ATI x1950
4GB RAM

All drivers are up to date, Windows is up to date.

Can't get anything out of TechSupport, when I try to log in to submit a ticket I get a "unexpected error has occured"

The error message is clear enough, the game doesn't work on XP 64. I assume this is Earned in Blood? In that case it's the Starforce copy protection causing this which means Ubisoft has to patch it. You could probably circumvent the copy protection in order to play the game but we aren't allowed to discuss that.

It is SUPPOSED to work on XP 64...at least that's what it says when you do the compatibility test thing that Ubi has on its web site.

It's not EIB, it just the original.
