hi all,

just got my game today and it gave me lots of lots of problems even before i started playing the game. i tried the demo before and love it so much.

first of all, i have problem updating the patch. i posted it here so i dont wana b*tch about it again in this thread.

2nd, i created an account in the game and activated that account through my email. once i activate it, i went to browse the forum and it prompted me to log in. but it kept saying incorrect password, so i thought i must have been registering with a different p/w, so i click on "forgotten password". it prompted me to fill in my email and DOB but i never had the chance do key in my DOB before! i tried anyway and all i get is "no-accout-found-in-the-database" message.

i created a second account in order to find some help in the forum but i never get the email for the 2nd account! x_x

this is my 3rd account. can someone enlight me please? thanks in advance

oh btw, when i login for online game, it kept saying incorrect password
