Anyone good soldiers out there who can tell me how to change the difficulty level of "Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30" after the game has started????

It has been a long time since I have played that one but I believe that you have to start a over with a new profile to get a different difficulty setting. I don't think you can change it mid game.
