First we are going to need to know which BIA this is.
Then we will need you to post your system information i.e. OS, Processor, RAM, and Video card.
You can do this by following the directions below.
(XP) Start Menu then click on Run. Type in the field dxdiag and click OK.
(Vista) Start Menu then type in Start Search box dxdiag and press Enter.
This will then show the Direct X Diagnostic Tool. You will be able to see your system info from the System tab at the top and the Video card info from the Display tab at the top.

The error you are getting is coming from the video card not being able to display the 3D rendered graphics. The Geforce 2MX is below minimum requirements.
Any of the following supported video cards installed on your system should have the game running fine.

ATI Radeon 8500/9000/X series
NVIDIA GeForce 4/FX/6 series (GeForce 4 MX not supported)
