well i kinda poked around and coudent find my problem so here it is : when i try to start up BIA hells highway nothing happens and when i tried to start it up manuely i got a messege that theres something wrong with my side by side configuration but im not sure thats the problem or what but i just got this and i had played it once but then i had to do a repair of all my comp files and it stoped working
