Here's the error I get when I start up BIA:R2H30 :

Build: (null)

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 2014 MHz [1531763490816.000000 0] with 1023MB RAM
Video: No Video

General protection fault!

History: ULinkerLoad:reload <- UStructProperty::Link <- (StructProperty Engine.ParticleEmitter.SpawningSoundProbability) <- UStruct::Link <- UStruct::Link <- UState::Link <- UClass::Link <- UStruct::Serialize <- (Class Engine.ParticleEmitter) <- UState::Serialize <- UClass::Serialize <- (Class Engine.ParticleEmitter) <- ULinkerLoad:reload <- (Class Engine.ParticleEmitter 243179==243179/1731262 243123 1226) <- ULinkerLoad:reload <- UObject::EndLoad <- UObject::EndLoad <- UObject::StaticLoadObject <- (Core.Class Engine.ini:Engine.Engine.GameEngine NULL) <- UObject::StaticLoadClass <- InitEngine

I was missing some files, but using botmans little utilities, I was able to get that fixed.

Also noteworthy: I am not able to install any of the patches that I download from the ubisoft website. They all stop at roughly 9% and state that "Old file not found. However a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match."

I have changed the HardwareTL setting to false, and also removed the "no" from the /noExecute=Optin thing in my startup options.

Any help would be appreciated. FWIW the demo worked fine, and was the reason I bought the game.
