Please, please can you help me. I have installed the game there was no problem but when I start it loads up to a point and than the screen goes blank. When I press the enter key twice it starts to load up again you can see the red line moves one end to other and than stays. I hear sound and actions but nothing in the screen.
Specs:
XP2400
512MB RAM
40GIG HD
RADEON 7000 AGP 64MB SDR DRAM

Thanks

looks like your video card does not meet min specs:

*Supported Video Cards at Time of Release*

ATI Radeon 8500/9000/X series
NVIDIA GeForce 4/FX/6 series (GeForce 4 MX not supported)

These chipsets are the only ones that will run this game. Laptop models of these cards not supported.

These are printed on back of the box.

I know, I just bought one on ebay and now I'm trying to resell it. Bummer! I have SilenthunterIII and Chessmaster 10th edition, no problem. UBI better wise up. I'll be very careful the next time I see UBI on the box.

It would appear there is a large group of people left out in the cold because UBI would choose to exclusively use these two cards and not offer some sort of patch or version of EIB that would allow other cards. Call me crazy but this seems like they're in cahoots with one or both of these companies.
Sadly, I'm in the same boat as many other people who shelled out $50 or so just to find out their computers are adequate but their graphics cards aren't compatible. From now on I'm sticking to console games cuz I've been burned too many times by PC games and their tendencies for cronyism.
