Just wondering if you are getting this error during installation or when you are trying to launch the game itself. Also, if you would post your system specs so we can take a look. |

Running the game on Vista will cause this error. You will want to update your Starforce drivers. You can find the Starforce driver updates at this link. http://www.star-force.com/support/drivers/ |

The multiplayer CD key should be on the back of the manual. It will start with EIB-xxxx-... If it does not have this the copy is basically defective and you will want to take the game back to the retailer and get a replacement copy. |

You can also contact the Ubisoft phone support (919)460-9778 and they can replace the CD key for you. All you would have to do is send a scanned copy of the back of the manual for proof of purchase. They will be able to direct you on how to do this. |

Hi there! I had this problem in that when I clicked on the shortcut on the desktop this message appeared "To install the application, you must have Administrator privileges on your computer". May I know how to deal with this problem? I am already using an admin account.
