UBI name is rockhard1963

I spoke with one of your support personnel regarding issues that many BIA earned in blood multiplayer gamers are facing.
The problem has become so profound that many gamers are opting not to log into UBI as often. Many have voiced there displeasure with UBI inability to fix the problem.

Issues are as follows:
Lag during game
Frozen game
Dropped game when paging to new game menu
Inability to register into games with available space

WHat is consistent here is that all of the gamers have been long time players like myself. Players who have not had any issue with your servers up until two weeks ago. Players that have consistently played with the same game settings without any of the aforementioned problems.

The issue is not with the players settings as we have not changed any.

We would like to identify the problem that is obviously not occurring with our own computers but more than likely with your servers and/or lack of patches.

Possible causes could be:
increased internet traffic
microsoft security updates



changes to your servers

The problems are consistent over the past 14 days we need to know what has transpired over that time with your end so that we can fix the issue.

My current settings have the firewall down for your site and I am using the router settings that you have provided me. All of the other gamers have done the same.

Have had exactly the same issues...not getting past the server connection screen when joining or hosting a game (friend not able to get in).
