Ok guys, for those of you who bought the game, and there is no CD key on the back of the manual, you can call UBI and they may give you a key to help you get on line so you can play the game. The number is 1-(919)-460-9778. Have your UPC code ready to give them to show that you bought the game. Also, I am going to start deleting any more topics of this nature, like...HELP...THERE`S NO CD KEY ON MY MANUAL WTF DO I DO?..., it`s getting tiring seeing this brought up every other day and nobody wants to get off there duffs and do any searching for the answers they want. So here it is gents, the answer to your question.

I tried calling the number, but since I live in the Netherlands I dont get connected I guess.

So what do we do about that then? I bought a legitimate copy of BIA EIB and there IS an online code, but when I enter it in the MP menu it says it isnt validate.

What to do if you cant call this number???

LOL, boy seems to be a pretty common problem. Maybe UBI should try and set up something online with users that have this problem. My manual is blank as well, but to see this kind of reply lessens my need try it online. I had a fun time with UBI tech support before concerning Far Cry, and never did get any help from anyone but other users in the forums. I really hope UBI'S attitude towards tech support improves.

I have refused to buy several of their games in the past couple of years simply because the bad taste they left in my mouth in the past. My son bought this one, and as he is only 13, not too keen on the forums or tech support, so it falls to me.

I can see know that any future UBI purchases will be done with caution, and with a readiness to accept rudeness and disdain.
