I just finished installing the game, and it's asking me for a cd key. I entered the one correctly on the back of the manual, and the one of the inside of the cd case. Neither of them worked. Any suggestions? This really is pissing me off.....

Yeah it won't work for me either.. I don't understand it.. I've tried both keys, with the EiB before and not before the keys and with and without the dashes... this is really pissing me off behind all means... and its passed 9 o'clock so I can't call... Ugh.. anyone have any suggestions help me out...

I figured it out, those donks who packaged the game gave me too online keys and not an install key...

Been working on same CD Key Issue for 3.5 Hours.
Seems logical about 2 Online Keys. I emailed
UBI with details. Hope they respond soon.
Need my BiA-EiB working. Finished the first one last night.

I did call today (sunday) its not the normal business hours but they have a FAQ section on the phone and figured it out. for those that havent got the game to work the disc key is 55SSA5DSN2CHHTA6X8EYJN6B4 that should get you going. Thats what the automated support told me. The other CD-key on the back of the manual is for online play. Hope this helps for anyone. Well, im gonna go try it out!

I cannot get the multi player game to work. The key on back of manual does not work and the key on the box is too long. I bought this game a while back and tried and could never get it to work so I now play other games. With the upcoming Hell's Highway coming out, I thought I would try this game again. But still cannot get it to work. Any thoughts? Don't think I will buy the new game if I cannot even get the old one to work.

i have tried the cd key given above and the ones in my box and i have tried patching to no avail. what should i do?

same problem guys. put the key in 100% correct. it is simply the wrong cdkey on the back of the manual. so i am left with a game that i cannot play online with,. UBI soft, discraceful.

I guess everybody else is having a problem with these keys ,if you fing the answer please let me know,would like to play the game if at all possible,its just sitting on the shelf so if anybody can help would appreciate it very much

i called UBI and was told that to install the game i had to use the CD-key in phone system or talk to a rep. i have two keys that start with EIB witch i am told are both for online play.

Folks, all the above I went thru also, just sat here for 2 hours. This is what I did which includes LILMORTY's input.

1) Installing Software I used: 55SSA-5DSN2-CHHTA-6X8EY-JN6B4 (according to UBIsoft Answer ID: 11273 *put the dash's*)
2) I did not run the game yet, and did both patches (1.01 & 1.02) one right after the other
3) Put CD1 in CD Tray and got to Protection System screen : <again paste, no dash's> 55SSA5DSN2CHHTA6X8EYJN6B4
4) this got me into the game.

NOTE: I have no clue why UBISoft puts any CD Key, Disc Keys, Protection keys in the box, as I did not use ANY of the ones that came with my software. For certain thats not any protection and for most of us this just PISSES us off.
