Hi i have tried installing bia 3 times and everytime i do not get a screen to enter the keycode during installation. when trying to run the game it comes up with error files not found and guess what it points to registry not found. am i missing something basic here

If this is Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 or Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood and you are running it on a Vista operating system you can come across this issue. Both games are not designed to run on Vista. Unfortunately Vista has many issues running older software that runs on Windows XP.
