The game runs choppy at the mid video range settings and very slow at the higher video settings. My computer is fairly new so I cn't figure it out anyway here are the specs for my comp.......any ideas of what I can do to get this game running at the higher settings?

I'M wondering if Vista is the issue here since it is my OS.......

sadly your cpu is holding you back. for one games dont yet recognize quads. so it sees it as a dual. and if u have a dual u need atleast 3.1 GHz to get nice picture. your grafix card isnt taht great either. as it is not meant for gaming. may i recomend a 9600 gt, those are really cheap and really good. hell... you cud run two of those for less then 250 $

If you are playing BIA EIB with Vista you might as well
trade your game in,it will only play with Ws98 OS,BIA HH
is the only one that plays on either 98 or Vista.
