I purchased EIB new from Target, installed the game, downloaded the patches, tried to enter the CD Key and it keeps saying ERROR. The sticker is inside the box, entered it about 20 times with no luck. Happened to look on the back of the manual, and the CD-Key on the manual is different then the CD-Key on teh sticker inside the case. What is UBI's problem with friggin CD keys? Is it really that hard?

Any help would be appreciated.

Well you are not the only one with problems. I have loaded the game and tried to enter the "enter a disc key for the disc labelled BIA_EIB" code from in the box and it also keeps giving me errors. I have registered and ran the patches. I've tried with and without the hyphens and with and with out EIB in front of the code. I am not trying to do the multiplayer or anything like that.

Just bought the game at walmart today and get same error from both,manual and case. neither key works for me, so I have yet to play.

This at least unlocked the game where I could play single player. hope this helps cause I had a hard time figuring it out. Wildfire

I tried that 55SSA... code. I got to the menu, could view the tutorial, but when I tried to start a new game, it would load, then my computer would re-boot. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks.

Windows XP-Media edition, AMD III Athlon 64 processor, 2.39 Gig, 1 Gig RAM. Video card is ATI Radeon 9250. Direct X 9 installed; drivers, to the best of my knowledge, updated.

I had this verry frustrateing problem as well.
For me, It was solved when I replaced what I had believed was a U with a V. Check carefully for possable mis-readings, expecially and U's as the font used to print the cd-key is mildly goofy

Single Player: sticker on case
Multi Player: sticker on manual
