i have brothers in arms hells highway but it runs very slow and ist laggs already in the intro... in google i red somthing about a patch or grafik drivers.

The lag issue that you are having is because of the Intel video card that you have on the laptop. Unfortunately it does not have the proper onboard video memory to run the game at a smooth rate. You do not have to worry about Windows 7 though. We have tested Hell's Highway on both 32 and 64 bit versions of Win 7 and it runs fine.
