I have a question:

before i tweak the game, the game run lag as hell.

so i mess with the config file.

after i tweak it its run 15-30 FPS (it is playable) ! but the characters's body are black ( no texture ), turn out is Dynamic Light cause that problem, if i turn it on i will be able to see the characters but the game start to go slow again.

can you guy help

AND DON'T TELL ME TO GET A BETTER GRAPHIC CARD !

EDIT: this happen only during cut scene, in game its normal (just ugly graphic)

If you will post your system specs (i.e. OS, Processor, RAM and video card) and we can take a look.

oh well its a laptop with intel chipset GM965 (it's crappy i know), 3GB of RAM, Intel core 2 duo 2.00 GHz, Window 7 RC. Thats all i can tell. BTW can anyone help me tweak the game please.

EDIT: seem like after i tweak the game, i cannot see that im getting hit ( the red screen is not flashing ), and there is no explosion effect. How can i fix that ?

Unfortunately the problem is with the video card. Intel chipsets have minimal 3D rendering capability. It is missing the proper shader model and it's own onboard video RAM.

There is not going to be a way to tweak the system to fix the issues that you are seeing. I believe you are doing well just to get the game to run with that video card.
