Well....when I just click "new photo album" on here, it says "error, you don't have permission....blah blah blah"....And that's the only way I know how to post an art here, and it just won't let me....

More in likely a Photobucket server error. Doesn't necessarily have to effect everyone, since everyone's accounts are handled across different servers to reduce bandwidth.
