ive been trying to remember the waffle song that used to be on the advert with them.. so you can only have waffles IF you choose one of the options in the song..

I like metled cheese on potatoe waffles
and squirty cream on sweet waffles..

theres this amazing waffle place in Ealing broadway, i recommend it.. actually thats the only reason to go to ealing broadway

I don't remember the song beyond "Birdseye Potato Waffles, waffly versatile"

I tell you what's great, a sausage supper with beans and salad cream. People look at me funny when I chuck some salad cream on beans but they really do go well together!! Big Grin

Would you want a guy who crawled through a sewage tunnel as a mate?

I think it went along the lines of
"bake 'em, fry 'em, grill 'em, eat 'em, they're waffly versatile!"
I like mashed potatoes with carrot.

Princess - if the waffle place you're referring to is the one just outside and round the corner from Ealing Broadway Station then I agree - it's amazing - no one can resist a slow walk going by that place...the smells are great Clap

Is anyone else curious to find out how the guy did/will do? I am, assuming it's a genuine attempt

And, to keep the off-topicry going (because everyone else has been), just the other day my sister accused me of training killer haggis as part of an attempt to invade France...

What is the plural of haggis? Is it just haggis? Haggises? Haggi?

Well... not that I'm admitting to anything but possibly EuroStar or hiring a plane from the nearby airport and giving them tiny muslin cloth parachutes for airdrop somewhere over the Loire Valley

Why thank you AC! Smile (I'm not called gob****e by my family for nothing! Big Grin)

Hmm, I don't know about camo - I mean, they can be pretty dark coloured... plus, y'know, it'd have to be a night drop to stop the French lunging at, and maybe eating, them. Snails, frogs, sheep in a bag... with some garlic

Do you think there's a bee somewhere that holds the world record for the biggest beard of humans?

Ah, but the killer bees are nothing compared to ants! You can't kill them! They are like sheep, they are going to take over!

But in a less woolly way. Or maybe they are woolly but you just can't see it. They'd be a bugger to shear tho...
