Could someone tell me how to analyze games that are not played against the computer. For example, two human players. When attempting to use two human players, the move list doesn't show up as part of the game status window which then would not allow me to review moves and would not allow me to go to the beginning of the game when trying to analyze it.

Your Layout probably has the Move List outside the screen area... reset your Layout to the default.
