hi, there appeared a problem. many players that play online, me too, faced this trouble: they lost their titles (dormant beauty, almost supreme being) and their games don't get saved, one cannot find them on cmx.ubi.com!!! what happened? fix this please!!!

When did this start happening?

http://cmxi.ubi.com was down for quite some time... it was fixed just a few days ago, so this might be related to that.

hmm... maybe about 3 weeks ago..

10th edition data is on http://cmx.ubi.com It seems to be down, or better said - it is very slow and has the same error message that cmxi site had.

yes. it just "seems" fine, but games are not saved. in my profile it says i was online 22 april last time, im online now, it shows my old rating etc - the profile is dead.

Try playing a game and see if it saved. The games you have played when the database was down are of course nonexistant.
