Hi. I am looking for an older version of Chessmaster with Western (Indians vs Cowboys), Medieval, Alien and Martian pieces. It was an older version from 1990s (around 1995 or 1996, a PC version) and I do not remember which one, have tried to find out which version it is or find the screenshots but no luck so far.

These pieces are hard to play with but they look nice as pictures.

Are the older versions of Chessmaster for sale and which one could have these skins?

If there is a version of Chessmaster that has these sets, it would have to be Chessmaster 5000 or Chessmaster 6000... (sadly, these are the only versions of Chessmaster I don't have, so I can't be certain).

Chessmaster 4000 Turbo had a Napoleonic set, a Chinese set, and a Fantasy set; but with Chessmaster 7000, the focus narrowed down to sets that one could actually play with (with a few minor exceptions).

Ubisoft doesn't set the older versions; you might try looking on E-Bay. But I will warn you that you need to have an older machine (say Windows 95) to run them on, as they won't work with Windows XP... don't even think about Windows Vista.
